Our Humble Beginnings: We purchased our first Softub® in 1992. After the dealer delivered it, we never saw him again. In fact, despite our best efforts, we couldn't find him. We had NO help with water treatment, NO where to buy products, and NO where to get service.  Unfortunately my Softub® suffered. After 7 years, I decided to contact the manufacturer to get a new 'skin' for my tub. I told them that my Softub® had been the best purchase I'd ever made in my life! It truly was everything they said it would be. My only complaint was that I had no one available for products or service. They asked us if we wanted to become a distrubutor and sell them ourselves. So, my husband and I decided to start our own Softub® business. I was currently a bar tender and my husband was a teacher, and we had two small boys at home. We didn't have a great deal of spare time, so we started out on a very part time basis.  Our first concern was to set in place a client service plan. That's right, I said 'client' service plan. To us there is a big difference between a 'client' and a 'customer'.  We then decided on a name for our new business - I'Deal Spas.I'Deal Spas was born in 1998 in our garage. As a home based business, we worked very hard to create a thriving business in the Antelope Valley.  We were convinced of the value of the Softub® and it was only a matter of time before we became a success beyond our wildest dreams.In the beginning, most of the tubs we sold were delivered in our family vehicle, (see below right) and now we have a fleet of trucks and delivery personnel.We are also one of the top ten Softub® dealers - not just in California, but in the world!  We have grown over the years, not just because we have an outstanding product, but because we have the best 'client' service.Our Business Philosophy:The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our clients. Awards established during our business years include the President’s Award, the Century Award, the Aquavantage Million Dollar Club and the Top Ten Diamond Ring Awards.

I’Deal Spas has also been featured in many local and national publications, such as Antelope Valley Press, House Boat Magazine, The Today Show, Extreme Home Makeover, and Hollywood’s Oscar Week Festivities.

Some of I’Deal Spas favorite charity events include the Muscular Dystrophy Association 'Lockup', American Legion Casino Nights, Local church baptismal, and Robertson’s Palmdale Honda 'Thunder on the Lot' which raises over $230,000 for Kids Charities in the Antelope Valley.

We also contribute to all of the Chamber of Commerce's where we do business. We often are complimented for our show event displays (see right) and parade entries! Having fun is just as much a part of our business as hard work.

But our favorite displays are the ones we see in our clients’ backyards! We love to show off pictures of what YOU have done and testimonials of YOUR Softub® experience! Our business schedule is based on show events. If you attend a local event, you’ll probably find us there. If not, call and inform us of the event so that we may also participate.
