| What maintenance is involved? How much will it cost to keep the water at the proper balance and safe? | Softub is very easy to maintain. It has a built-in ozonator which helps your chemicals last longer and work harder. Softub products will run appoximately $8-15 a month depending on individual use of the spa. |
| What does TRULY portable mean? What if I move, will I be able to easily move it? | Softub is more like investing in an appliance. It has no site preparation and plugs like a standard spa. It plugs into any standard 110 volt outlet anywhere in your home. You can always take it with you wherever you go at no additional cost. It is easily moved to another location on your property or home. It can be indoors, outdoors, on the patio, in the bedroom, on the porch - wherever! |
| Does it come with a warranty? Will my investment really hold its value? | Softub warranty is 5 years! This is truly unheard of in the spa industry. Most acrylic spas have a 1 year warranty on their heater (because that is the first thing that fails) and a longer warranty on the spa shell. However, if you attempt to move an acrylic spa, it will most likely sustain a crack or two and that will not be covered. With the Softub, just drain it, roll it to the new location, and refill. How safe is any hotub? |
Softub led the way in the new strict CA regulations. We have the ETL seal, the Energy Efficient Seal, two suctions intakes with wider circumtference and of course, we all SOFT! It's perfect for everyone. There are no hidden depths and no slippery sufaces. The height is easily managed by elderly and small children as well. Speaking of children, all Softubs include a locking lid. Another first in the industry! |
What about support after I purchase the spa? |
I'Deal Spas will happily support you with your purchase. When we invested in our Softub in 1992, our only complaint was with the lack of follow up support from the dealer, there just wasn't any. SO, when we became a dealer for Softub in 1999, our first goal was to set in place a client support system. We are always providing services by phone, website, and now we are mobile. You can even text us an order or a question! We provide water treatment help and troubleshooting guides for all our customers. We are a full service center for all Softubs! BUT - we only service Softubs! |
Softub is the only product we believe in and we are here to provide quality service and products for our clients. We carry many other Softub products and accessories as well as all the chemicals you will need to totally maintain your Softub. |
