Probably the most devoted Softub® Fan A Softub® owner for more than twenty years, yes, that's me. Pat Sanford! I bought the first retail Softub® back in 1987. I remember the day and the reasons as though they were yesterday. Needing massage therapy for a testy back problem, my massage therapist suggested I soak prior to my appointments. Hi Everyone, Just thought I would drop you a line and let you know how the Spa is doing. As you should remember, my wife and I purchased a large Spa in March of 2002 and have been enjoying it ever since. Since we started using our spa, some very beneficial changes have occurred. I have Diabetes (with Neuropathy in my feet) and Rheumatoid Arthridias in both knees, and now I have been diagnosed with having an enlarged heart due to stress and diabetes. The spa has been a blessing in that it helps me to relax (de-stress myself) and relieves most of the constant pain in my knees (without all the extra pain killers), and it helps to get some of the normal feeling back into my feet. I have also lost approx. 35 pounds by doing non-impact exercises in the spa. My wife had a fall in late November of 2001 and had a difficult time in recovering from the effects of the fall. She went to the Chiropractor several times and he did help some, but to no great effect. After we got our spa, her daily use of it lessened the aching in her hip and back and she was able to walk better. The Chiropractor was then able to help realign her and she is now fully recovered. We have had the spa 2 years and have never had a problem with it. If we have any questions, they are always answered in a timely manner. Between Al's golfing everyday and building a new shed and working at the golf course and my job as a pharmacy technician, I am on my feet all day. Believe me, we always look forward to relax in the spa. When I can't sleep, I sit in the spa for 10 minutes, get in bed and go right to sleep. When our daughters come for a visit, they are in it all night long, just to relax. That spa is the best purchase we have ever made. It seems to help the body heal after a long day. You may remember that the Softub® we purchased from you last March was a family effort for my son who is in treatment for cancer of the spine. At the time we had the tub installed, he was having a setback and was unable to "have a soak" for a while. However, he has recently improved and has been taking full advantage of having that wonderful tub on the deck. It has been very relaxing for him - both body and spirit - to soak his troubles away. He always comes out of the tub feeling will rested and good. I do thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your special help and for being so wonderful to deal with. Ideal Spas; I am writing to share with you how much my Softub® has helped me with my physical pain, muscle spasms and stiffness. I am a 50 year old female and have Osteoarthritis,k cervical neuropathy (chronic nerve pain) and muscle spasms secondary to injury. When I awake in the morning, I am stiff from sleeping in one position, propped with pillows all night. I feel like a pretzel, sore and stiff. I get straight into the Softub® that I keep at about 104 degrees. I feel instant relief. I also do a lot of stretches while in the hot tub and soon I can touch my toes etc. On a bad day, pain wise, an extra trip or two in the Softub® and I don't have to take as many med's. Hi Sandy, You were so helpful in getting everything delivered and answering all of our questions. You always respond to us and anytime we order supplies, they are delivered in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with the tub. It is easy to set up and keep clean. We really enjoy sitting in it. It is so relaxing. We especially enjoy sitting with a drink and looking at the stars late at night.
